My vision of Wednesday Addams. While in the series she is portrayed in a dark light, I envision her in an array of vibrant violet colors. To me violet is a color associated with hidden power, and this young woman embodies just that. She is clever, confident, and empowering, despite her young age. She is not afraid to stand out to be "weird" even among her fellow students who possess unique capabilities like hers. Her strength of character and fearlessness make her a shining example of how to embrace one's individuality and harness it to achieve greatness.

For me New Year symbolizes start of new beginnings. In this picture, I aimed to express my emotions towards the upcoming Chinese Year of 2023. The traditional figures of a dragon, duck, and fish are depicted in an interrelated and vibrant array of blue and red colors. At the top of the picture, I placed the orange grasshopper - symbol of good luck and fertility in Chinese culture. As we enter a challenging period where balance is fragile in so many countries, it's important that we learn to coexist peacefully with different species such as dragons, ducks and fishes. Therefore, my wish for this year is that we all experience abundance, courage, peace, and good luck.

I recently read a book about legendary spies and saboteurs who fought against the fascist regime during WW2. Most of these brave individuals were very young yet courageous in the face of death. They stood up for what they believed in and sacrificed their lives fanatically for a better world. This got me thinking about how I would depict their inner souls. I believe that their hearts must have been incredibly bright, with an inner motivation that burned red and was unshakable. Their actions were direct and unwavering. People with such inner souls moved the mountains, accomplished impossible and brough a generation to come faith in the better world.

Throughout history, women have often been recognized as a valuable asset in intelligence services. The stories of heroic women such as Mata Hari, Violette Szabo, Ruth Werner, Emmy Elizabeth Torp, Etel Rosenberg, Elizabeth Zarubina and many others demonstrate their exceptional abilities. Beautiful, charismatic yet fragile, on the inside they are fierce as tigers, sophisticated as mega computers.
Numerous circles in the painting are associated with Manaia – symbol of spiritual protection. Perhaps their ability to navigate both the physical and spiritual worlds, using their intuition and intelligence to protect themselves and others, was a crucial factor in their achievements.
Harlequin can appear vivid and colorful on the outside, yet one can sense that there are layers of masks that conceal their true face.

Memories from the last trip to India. With its vibrant colors, peaceful ashrams, rich spiritual heritage, India is a land of contrasts that never fails to inspire and captivate.

I love reading books on mythology. On this painting I tried to depict how I feel Moryana - female sea spirit who is believed to be the daughter of the cold and harsh wind. She evokes in me images of the deep blue sea and the mysteries that lie beneath its surface. As a symbol of the ocean, Moryana represents the vastness of the unknown (depicted in all array of blue) and the potential for discovery and transformation that lies within it (depicted in array of green lights).

Water is the source of all life, serving as the mother to every beginning. It is a powerful symbol of mercy and purification. To me, water embodies the divine reality, and it is akin to the creation of something delicate such as this bouquet of flowers.
Buddhism is a rich and complex religion that encompasses many beliefs and practices. One of the key concepts in Buddhism is the idea of reincarnation, where individuals can be reborn into one of six possible realms after death, based on the accumulation of their karma.
These six realms are not just physical locations, but also states of consciousness that can be experienced during a person's lifetime. Pleasure is the world of the gods; power is the world of asuras; longing desire is the world of pretas; malice, jealousy, envy, aggression - hell; constant living by momentary needs, unsettledness, and so on.
However, I believe that it is more complex than that and there are more to it. Here is a glimpse of my understanding of a tiny part of the Universe.

Finding your path to inner spiritual flow can be both easy and difficult. It can be challenging to close ourselves off from the distractions and noise of the outside world and open our minds and hearts to natural wisdom and the energizing motions of the flow. While it is a journey that requires effort and commitment, it can also bring meaningful enjoyment, focus, and intrinsic rewards and motivation. My journey has begun…

Who were the Assassins? An elite killing group who gained notoriety for their methods of political assassination in the medieval period? Or they were more complex and controversial group, much like the person depicted in this painting? Pretty much like as any person with a complex legacy whose actions should be viewed within the historical and cultural context of their time.

In this picture I have depicted a female fire dragon, traditionally regarded as a guardian of treasure in the mythology. Owning a talisman featuring this powerful creature is believed to empower the owner with various strengths such as a big heart, endless energy, and generosity. However, it is also true that power of any talisman lies in the belief and intention of the individual who possesses it.
